Who we are.

This website, funtowncape.net, is operated for Fun Town Entertainment LLC, Cape Girardeau, Missouri (“Fun Town Cape”, “we”). For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@funtowncape.net or 314-650-3381.

What we collect.

Visit statistics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names beginning with _ga) and processes your IP address to derive an approximate location; we have configured it without advertising features, so it is not used for ad targeting or cross-site profiling, and we retain its reports for 14 months. The other third-party resource is the web fonts served by Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google’s servers (Google may see your IP address in that request, as with any web request). Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address and pages requested — to serve and secure the site.

The contact form. When you send a note through our contact form, we store what you submit — your name, email, optional phone number, chosen topic, and message — together with the consent you gave, and we use it only to reply to your inquiry. Submissions are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firestore, United States) and a notification email is delivered through our email provider, Brevo. That notification reaches our own staff and also Modern AI Solutions LLC, the agency that built this website and maintains the contact form for us; they handle it only on our instructions, only to keep the form working and to make sure your message reaches us, and they use it for nothing else. To protect the form from abuse, the system records your IP address and browser identifier with the submission; these technical fields are automatically deleted after 90 days. We don’t add you to any list, and beyond the three service providers named here we don’t share what you send — and we never sell it.

If you email or call us directly, we use your contact details only to respond, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

What we don’t do.

• We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal information.
• We don’t run ad pixels, advertising cookies, or social-media trackers — our analytics is measurement only, never ad targeting.
• We don’t send marketing email — you can only hear from us if you asked us something.
• This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s data.

Your choices.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@funtowncape.net and we’ll take care of it. If you’d rather not be counted in our visit statistics, you can block cookies for this site in your browser or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on — the site works exactly the same either way.

Changes to this policy.

If how the site handles information changes, we’ll update this page before the change takes effect.
